Everything about FLA 3.0 - Sustainable Compliance and how it relates to this Training Platform
The FLA is leading the way in developing approaches for sustainable compliance with labor rights. This Training Platform is a result of that role.
Over the past decade labor right monitoring organizations have taken an auditor's approach to protecting labor rights in factories around the world. Time has shown that difficulties in implementating codes of conduct continue unabated with only marginal improvement. Sustainable compliance is the goal now, and the FLA is working to figure out ways of making it happen.
Building the ability of factories to do the things that result in implementation of FLA Code requirements is what this FLA's Sustainable Compliance program is about. This Training Platform (TP) is the tool being used by the FLA to project capacity building efforts outward.
