Face-to-face Training

The FLA also offers and organizes a range of FACE TO FACE courses for factory personnel, from supervisors to managers and owner. The FLA face to face courses provide in-depth knowledge on how to systematically implement social compliance through role plays, case studies and other collaborative activities. The FLA is working closely with local service providers and thus ensures that all FLA courses are adapted to the country specifics in which they take place.

  • To understand basic CSR and Code of Conduct elements, please attend our Social Sustainability Awareness Training.
  • You have a suggestion box but it is always empty?  Please attend our Grievance Procedure training to learn how to build functioning grievance procedure that helps you tackle problems and reduce turn over rates!
  • What is progressive discipline? Attend the FLA's Discipline training and learn more about it.
  • How to improve your hiring process to ensure that the best candidates are selected? The Hiring Course is a big step towards smarter hiring.
