The training course is created to assist compliance officers to form in-depth understanding of the nature of conflicts and disputes, means of conflict/disputes settlement at workplace and what roles that grievance procedure plays in the dispute settlement in your supplier chain factories. As Grievance Procedure is one of the two priority areas of FLA 3.0 program, participation in this course would help compliance officers in current or future 3.0 brands to obtain the necessary expertise to effectively facilitate all steps of 3.0 program concerning the enhancement of grievance procedure in the suppliers factories from needs assessment, root cause analysis, capacity building plan development to impact assessment.
