The 4-day TOT of the FLA aims to provide participants with thorough insights into the FLA capacity building framework, training methodology, resources and requirements, as well as walk participants through two specific FLA training modules: Social Sustainability Awareness and Human Resource Management. It is envisaged that participants will walk out of the TOT with the necessary skills and effective approach to deliver relevant trainings on behalf of the FLA, thereby forming a network of quality training service providers available to support manufacturing factories in Turkey in the years to come.
