Capacity Building is most effective if you are fully aware of the situation at your company and factories. The FLA Assessment Portal offers self-assessment tools that are free for our members and their suppliers. To learn more take a look at the Assessment Portal.

Introduction to the FLA online module: A self-directed interactive, online learning module, this introduces affiliates to the FLA and what’s entailed in being an FLA-affiliated company. It contains short end of section quizzes and there is also an accompanying workbook that you can submit to the FLA upon completion.
Licensee Tool Kit: This contains online guidance material on the building block obligations for Category C licensees that C licensees may also be referred to in their self-assessment results.
Reference Documents: These include sample documents that licensees can use to start moving their compliance programs forward, i.e. sample supplier letters, Word version of the Code of Conduct, FLA Audit Instrument, and many others.

Updates
The FLA has posted Word versions of the Enhanced Workplace Code of Conduct, in English, Chinese and Spanish, under the Reference Documents., and on the page of Additional Resources for Category C Licensees. (Additional translations will be posted once available). You will also find there the Principles of Fair Labor and Responsible Sourcing, which were approved at our February 2011 Board Meeting.
