This is the special training area created for factories to meet their needs. The FLA provides online tools, downloadable instructional material and face to face training that enables factories to implement social compliance in an effective and sustainable way.

The FLA also offers and organizes a range of FACE TO FACE courses for factory personnel, from supervisors to managers and owner and to compliance staff coaching their factories on the development of compliance systems. The FLA face to face courses provide in-depth knowledge on how to systematically implement social compliance through role plays, case studies and other collaborative activities. The FLA is working closely with local service providers and thus ensures that all FLA courses are adapted to the country specifics in which they take place. The following trainings are available:
