Training of Trainers (TOT)
In 2011 - 2012, the FLA plans to organize six Training-of-Trainers (TOT) in five countries - Turkey, China, Vietnam, US and India, with the aim of:
1. Establishing a new network of trainers in Turkey to meet the rising training needs of local factories including FLA PSs.
2. Continuing to develop trainers in China and Vietnam for topical issues such as Fair Wages, Labor Relations and
Grievance Procedure (as required by the FLA Obligations of Companies).
3. Develop a group of FLA approved trainer/ consultants for licensee program in the US.
4. Strengthening the newly developed trainer network in India and approving the trainers on more modules via webinar.
