  • Put procedures in place that ensure fair and objective practices, which help to reduce the risks associated with the hiring process.

  • Understand the importance of and learn how to write effective job descriptions.

  • Design recruitment strategies, employ diverse selection tools, and develop interview techniques that help you select the best candidate for each position.

Day 2: Manage factory disputes and conflict. Sustainably improve worker satisfaction and motivation.

第二天培训:管理工厂的争议和冲突,可持续地提高工人满意度和劳动积极性。

    • Learn how to install internal mechanisms that create an open, transparent and secure environment in which workers can channel their needs and concerns.
         学会如何创建一个开放、透明、安全的内部机制,保障工人有渠道传达他们的需要和诉求。
    • Enhance management and supervisors' ability to properly handle grievances and apply appropriate procedures and problem-solving techniques.
         提高管理人员和线长恰当处理申诉的能力,掌握适当的机制和解决问题的技巧。
    • Discuss case studies and share experiences to address common challenges to improving worker-management communication.

          通过案例分析和经验分享,探讨劳资沟通中普遍面临的挑战。

Trainer

  Youli Ge, Senior Adivsor, Timeline Consultancy, has conducted courses in social compliance and labor relations on behalf of ETI, BSCI, WGDN, etc as well as a FLA certified trainer in China. Formerly Capacity Building and Training Manager with Fair Labor Association after serving three and half years as Manager of East Asian Region responsible for Code Implementation & Monitoring. Before joining FLA, she worked as China Country Director of Global Alliance for Workers and Communities (GA) in Guangdong Province for 4.5 years. Between 1994-1999 Youli was the national program officer in UNDP China working on issues of gender equity, poverty alleviation, microenterprise development in disadvantaged communities. She was a participant and an observer of women’s NGO movement in Beijing. Youli has a MPA from Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.
葛友俐现任时线咨询公司高级顾问,曾为ETI,BSCI和WGDN等CSR国际机构提供培训,也是FLA的授权培训师。曾任公平劳动协会(FLA)能力建设和培训经理。之前做为FLA东亚区经理,从事审核和合规评估的协调工作。加入FLA之前,曾于2002-2004年期间任美国非政府组织“全球工人与社区合作计划”(GA)中国国家主任。1994-1999年,供职联合国开发计划署北京代表处,任项目官员,主要负责性别平等,扶贫和小额信贷等项目。同时也积极投入中国妇女非政府组织的工作。2000年获哈佛大学公共管理硕士。
