OBJECTIVE: Factories often find it difficult to adhere to their customer's code of conduct and national law requirements on hours of work. workers are often willing to work long hours in the hopes it will increase their income. This training was designed to help managers understand how to use the FLA designed toolbox to manage working hours and prevent excessive overtime. INFACT trainers will share productivity case studies from factories focusing on continuous improvement to make their factory more efficient.

 

目标:工厂往往难以推进客户的行为规法和国家法律规定的工作时间,其中一个原因是工人的基本工资低,他们愿意长时间工作以求提升收入。这次培训的目地是帮助管理者了解如何实用FLA 的设计的工具箱来管理工厂工时体系,防止过度加班,并与香港逸岸咨询的培训师分享改善生产效率的案例,不断提高工厂生产力。

 

 

 

 

OBJECTIVE: With a slumping economy, weaker bottom line, manpower shortages, risking materials costs and appreciation of the RMB, how do you transform your production mentality, increase production efficiency and reduce costs? These are the main challenges of the manufacturing industry of 2011 and beyond. As a production manager, what actions should be taken? The purpose of this training is to interpret the lean production concept for production managers, establish effective production management methods with performance assessment systems which will improve production efficiency and create meaningful benefits.

 

目标:工厂现在赚钱越来越难了!出口生意越来越难做了!您在为人工涨价,原料涨价,人民币升职等因素所困扰吗?二零一一年,如何转变固有生产模式,提高生产效率及降低生产成本,已成为工厂面临的主要挑战。作为生产管理人员,应采取什么样的措施?此次培训的目的,既为生产管理人员阐释精益生产模式,建立高效的生产管理模式以及考核体系,从而改善工厂的运营状况,实现经济效益。

Trainer1Linkey Wei, Manager - Shenzhen, Social Compliance Solutions, has more than nine years experience working in management and evaluation of supplier social compliance in South China. Linkey supports factory consulting through evaluation of process and implementation and reorganization of all aspects of a factory's CSR/HR systems. He is responsible for recommending system upgrades to ensure optimal performance for CSR/HR management system. Before joining INFACT, Linkey was the compliance supervisor of a large US-based retailer.

She has a board range of senior management experience on corporation management improvement.

Trainer2Grace Yang, Human Resource Management Solutions, supports factory improvement through management system implementation. Her 8 years of experience in the plush toys, stainless steel materials and electronics industries aligning Human Resource practices with companies' business strategies makes her an essential part of our team.

杨立伟-杨小姐是人力资源管理专家,通过落实先进的管理系统支持工厂进行系统改善。她在毛绒玩具,电子以及不锈钢管制造等行业有8年的人力工作经验,她是公司的主要成员,主要负责整合人力资源与公司经营策略。
