Welcome to the Participating Company / Supplier & Category B Licensee Training Area
This area is a resource area dedicated to Participating Companies / Suppliers & Category B Licensees. In it, the FLA provides access to tools and instructional material (online and downloadable) as well as information about face-to-face and online training modules available to FLA affiliates. These resources have been created to help companies / suppliers build their compliance programs, at a corporate and supplier level, in an effective and sustainable way. To the extent possible, the FLA strives to adapt the material and courses to the local context of the country where they are offered. Most of the training material is available for FREE to FLA members but some material and training services require a fee.

The FLA also offers and organizes a range of FACE TO FACE courses for factory personnel, from supervisors to managers and owner and to compliance staff coaching their factories on the development of compliance systems.
