FLA monitors training in China, India and Bulgaria:New rounds of FLA training for monitors will take place at the end of 2007 and early 2008 in different regions. The training aims at bringing FLA monitors up-to-date with enhanced FLA instruments and benchmarks as well as with specific regional challenges and issues. FLA staff members from the headquarters and regional offices will facilitate training.
