The complete SCI Round 1 training will last 5 days. Please indicate which days (modules) you will be attending. Please tick all that apply.

Day 1 (16th Jan): WHAT IS SCI AND WHY IT IS NEEDED -> Overview of SCI methodology and tools, and the mindset change required to effectively implement SCI.

Day 2 (17th Jan): SCI WORKFLOW FOR HQ STAFF -> Understand the role and process workflow for staff receiving the SCI reports; Understand the scores and the different finding types; Access the platform to create or update status of corrective action plans.

Day 3 (18th Jan): SCI CONTENT KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING -> Getting to know the content of the Employment Functions and understand the rationale behind the employment lifecycle.

Day 4 (19th Jan): SCI WORKFLOW FOR ASSESSORS -> Step by step walkthrough of SCI assessment process and workflow, including platform functionalities; Accessing the assessment questionnaire (different levels), understanding the SCI reporting tool, reviewing scores and creating gap analysis.

Day 5 (20th Jan): ASSESSMENT SKILLS -> Soft skills training for assessors on different topics such as communication and interview techniques, opening and closing meetings in an assessment etc.
